On the mitigating side... ...spacious parking lot, ...accessible space welcoming to everyone from level in door, furniture all on one level and lots of room to navigate between displays ..all is clean and well maintained ...friendly staff and there is always someone to greet you as you enter and ask how they can help but they aren't the least pushy when you say you're just kicking tires ...they have a design room you can visit with one of their designers to look at catalogs of brands nearly impossible to find in Boise, like Lorts ...they have a pretty good sale twice a year (including this coming week so don't miss it if you're interested) ...they have lighting as in some lamps and chandeliers among their mix. On the aggravating side... ...the offerings are never labeled with manufacturer name (although I did recognize Visual Comfort floor lamps and table lamps on an earlier visit) ...little of what they have appeals to me, as in maybe 1% of their inventory, in regards to styling or quality and this is simply different strokes for different folks ...their prices seem steep for what it is they offer We found Carol's last year because it came recommended to us as a good source for home furnishings with pretty long tenure in Boise. This stager was provided at no cost by my former Realtor, noting my house really did not need…read morestaging, but as it was included - I thought "why not"? I made the grave error of assuming provided staging would be NEUTRAL [i.e not... teal long hair faux fur pillow against lime green floral wallpaper in the sunroom which I inherited when buying the home]; that was not the case. I will attach multiple photos so you can judge for yourself. Consequently - I was not able to use (or had to manually edit - myself) several of the interior photos intended for the property listing. Of equal disappointment.... FACT: I was out of town for 4 days while staging occurred. I was NOT happy to discover this stager took the liberty to turn my 20 year old AC from 73 degrees down to 69 and left it that way for days until I returned. Her retort when I addressed this was "I was working and it was hot". She had my contact info - a courtesy call to ask permission (and remembering to return it to back down to it's original state) would have been GREAT. Given both of these items - I can only give 1 star and encourage you to get very clear on what materials would be used (if you aren't there to supervise the end result). Selling a home is stressful enough - this started that journey on a very bad/disappointing note.

Angelika creates a well-thought out design for each room, and then finds pieces that are very unique and stunning- things I could never have found on my own. She has an amazing eye both for the design and selection, but also for the all important accessories that really make the look. She personally came to my home multiple times to make sure the accessories were all perfectly placed (not leaving me to figure it out on my own). She also has a high commitment to customer service, especially when you encounter a problem. We had to send back a media cabinet several times to a custom cabinet maker, who was not following the defined specs. Finally, on the third try, she took the cabinet out of our home, refunded our money, and dealt with the issue on her own time with the cabinet maker, so we wouldn't have to deal with it any further. Additionally, she found a media cabinet that was even better than the custom one we ordered. We are absolutely thrilled with our home and I would use her again in a heartbeat!
