I contacted with them to assist my legally blind father to do the cleaning and run errands for him when needed. I only needed them 3 days a week but they had a minimum of 4 hour shifts. So I made a list of task that were to be done after the helper did what my dad wanted done for the day. Needless to say the helper learned quick that if she only did what dad wanted she could go home by asking him is there anything else? Well since he is blind he couldn't see how dirty the house was. I am 6 hours away from my dad and we added cameras to his house to assist and check up on him to make sure he was doing OK. I witnessed his helper on multiple occasions ask to go home. I would also check on him throughout the day and every day she was there she would be gone no later than 3 or 3:30 even though she was supposed to work until 5 every shift. So she didn't even come in until 1 and she'd be gone by 3 or a little after but I had to pay for a 4 hour shift for $100 per shift. This was out of pocket, no insurance or Medicare. I called and talked to the the girl who set us up on multiple occasions and she did not do anything. I also called the manager and expressed my concerns more times than I can count and yet still nothing was done. I told anyone in the office that answered the phone about this and nothing was ever done. Then there is the fact my dad's house was not being cleaned as I outlined in a easy to follow checklist plus detailed directions of what we were expecting to be done. I asked the office staff to do surprise inspections around 3 or a little after to see how she was doing and also see if she was even there. Not one person ever did this to follow up! So when my dad fell and ended up in the hospital and eventually died from his injuries I finally got the HR person to come to the house after complaining to show her how bad it was and she couldn't belive it. She gave the info to the manager who had to "unpack" the info she gave him and then as usual he did nothing. I had to send nasty email after email to him. He tried to put me off for 2 weeks to come to the house to see what it I was talking about. I finally threatened him with some actions and magically he had a opening in his schedule in just a couple of days. So when he came to the house he brought some girl from the office with him and like the spineless piece of crap he is he hid behind her the whole time he was at the house. So, I was forced to pay for over a year for 4 hours of work when I only received roughly 2 hours per shift 3 times a week. So my advise to anyone is to never use this company to help your family members who need help. This is only the tip of this iceberg too. There is way more and they just didn't care!

All in all, they billed my insurance company over 2000 dollars for equipment that I ended up returning and buying outright myself online for less than 600 total. Additionally, they signed me up for an "automatic replenishment" order without my advice or consent, which started billing me for equipment that i didn't order or need.
