I did not want to press the issue of the bad carpets since he let me have my boy. My dog got sick and died recently, lots of floor problems as a result. Well, let me tell you, they amazed me. Truly. Bastian and his co-worker did a wonderful job. I can't speak to value because I did not get other quotes, they were recommended by a neighbor so I jumped in (I was not put off by the quote in the least.) They were courteous, thorough, clear on what to expect, both handsome (lol! can I say that?) and really put some elbow grease into it. A+ from me. Highly recommended.

I was even sent a list showing each party's responsibilities. This was a great idea that eliminated any confusion later on. The workers are friendly, always with a nice smile. They go out of their way to be sure each part of the job is done correctly. They're exact in everything they do. They take great care in the way they handle items in the home. All of them are very neat. I usually have 3 cleaners come into my house and they're organized in what they do. I was told if I was unhappy with anything they do, all I had to do was call and they would usually get back to my home that day to be sure I was pleased. With a guarantee like that, the homeowner can't go wrong. I've never had to make that call. I've always been happy each time they've left my house. Give Lopes a try.
