I respectfully reminded her that the previous delays were largely due to her same-day cancellations, and it did not feel fair for that charge to fall on me. Following that pricing discussion, she canceled the appointment entirely via text and said she did not want to continue services. While she was kind in communication, the overall experience felt unreliable and unprofessional. I'm sharing this so others are aware that last-minute rescheduling and unexpected additional charges may occur.
