We waited for the service person to show up, and 15 minutes after the latest time of their arrival, I found a message on my cell phone saying they were at the door, but I wasn't home and would I like to reschedule. They didn't ring the bell (which is really loud) or knock on the door. When I contacted the business, the girl that answered the phone apparently needs to take the "good host program". She didn't apologize, she was rude and told me I had ruined her day. I wouldn't consider using their services. The first thing out of her mouth should have been an apology, not an attack.

Due to "supply chain disruptions" there was significant delays; which while understandable at first, dragged on and on without progress. They have had some personal/family challenges which we want to be empathetic of; but they either need to work through/around them, or admit that they can't deliver and return our deposit. As a result of these extreme delays, our heating source has now failed, and we need to seek an alternative solution (not with this company). Update - the deposit has now been returned. I've raised the rating from 1 star to 2 (could have been better). Some benefit of doubt to consider, and hopefully their "best intentions" just didn't play out in our favour. We wish them well and hope that other customers have a better experience. We are strong believers in supporting local small businesses (a reason we selected them in the first place).

I had booked a cleaner a month in advance for a post move cleaning and they not only bailed, but ghosted me the day of. I called company after company in a panic and was about to head to CT to purchase my own cleaning equipment when the owner of Salish Cleaning Solutions answered. They not only sent a team directly to my home that afternoon, they stayed well past expected time and my only regret is that I hadn't hired them earlier for weekly upkeep of my home. The team was wonderful, helpful, empathetic to my situation, and the hardest working cleaners I have ever had the opportunity to work with. This is the team you need to get the job done and done well above any possible expectations. Then, to add to such an amazing service, their price was cheaper than the expected company I had already contracted.... These people are amazing. Thank you again to your company and team for helping me out in my time of need. You have my loyalty.
