If this is a duplicate, blame the app on my iPhone…read more I had a leather jacket cleaned that was soiled by years of grime and sweat The result was outstanding. The process took four weeks and is not cheap. If you have a leather garment that needs cleaning and it matters to you (I had mine for 20 plus years), you will get a good result here. Not many cleaners do leather.

(which fine, they're designer, I get it) but then it took FOUR months to get them back. Four. Every time we called, she would say she'd check on them and call us back... and never did. We always had to follow up ourselves. No updates unless we chased her down. The craziest part -- we were waiting on 3 specific bags and when I called, she said "we don't have any more of your bags." Excuse me?? Thank goodness I had photos from the day we dropped them off. Once I described them, suddenly it was "oh yes we have them, they're in processing." Processing for weeks. What does that even mean? No clear explanation, no transparency, just vague answers. For how expensive this was, the communication and turnaround time were beyond disappointing. Designer service price with zero luxury-level service. Definitely not worth the time, stress, or money. Chat gpt how to clean designer bags and save your money.

When my favorite Paul Green shoes developed a spontaneous 2.5" longitudinal crack midway through…read moreone of the cork platforms, I was disheartened. Though the shoes were about 2.5 years old, I really liked them & had tried to care for them meticulously. Not quite ready to let them go, I looked extensively for a repair shop able to help. Despite the positive reputation of the brand, I could not find anyone - including the Paul Green company, itself - offering help of any kind. That is, UNTIL I visited Dallas & walked through the door of Cobblestone Shoe Hospital on Mockingbird. There, I met Sam (the manager) and felt hope rise once again as he assessed the damaged shoe, took photos & discussed challenges sometimes encountered with repair work involving cork. In the end, I left the shoes and then returned when notified to pick them up less than a week later. I WAS THRILLED! The work was truly beautiful! I rarely mention names, but there was never a more deserving person than Sam. He was not only very knowledgable and professional, but he was also kind and considerate. Communication with him was exemplary during the week, in terms of expectations and progress. Professionals like Sam have become a very rare commodity in today's busy world. I am beyond pleased with my experience at Cobblestone Shoe Hospital in Dallas. Without reservation, I heartily recommend this business! Thank you so much, Cobblestone and Sam! I'm very appreciative. :)

I spent over $30 and I haven't even had a chance to wear the shoes. I will try another cobbler. He wanted to charge me over $300 to fix my zipper on my boot. I didn't leave them there. Really not happy with the work he's doing.
