He didn't rush us, answered all of our questions, and prioritized protecting the ear rather than trying to "save" a piercing that wasn't suited to the anatomy. We ended up removing the jewelry, and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. It's obvious he cares about doing things the right way and making sure people have a good, safe experience.
