At 3:31 PM, I received a notification that my appointment had been canceled. When I contacted the AI assistant for clarification, I was told there is a 10-minute grace period for check-in, meaning I should have had until 3:30 PM to arrive. The assistant also said I would be connected with a live receptionist to resolve the issue, but that never happened. I'm still confused about why my appointment was canceled and disappointed by the lack of communication. A simple explanation or follow-up would have gone a long way. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business to friends or family.

I guess everyone needed clean cochies for the summer time haha When I tried making a phone appointment, I received a text message back instructing me to book the appt on Booksy. Ok fast forward to today. I made the appt two weeks ago and I received a text message yesterday to confirm. So I arrive at the address given but I'm not sure which salon it is and which room it was in. I looked on yelp, Groupon and google. No luck. I called the 702 number on file and apparently she's in the process of using another number. I didn't get all the numbers the on the first go so I had to call back to get the rest of the numbers. I had to leave a message and a minute later I received a text saying that she's in Rain salon and she's in room 129. I went inside and Taelyr met me at the door. She thought I was a returning customer so she didn't send me detailed info. No biggie. Her room is spacious, clean and white. She gave me a baby wipe to freshen up and started my wax. She was friendly, down to earth and we talked about a few things. She was sweet and pretty gentle. She even used the tweezers for some stray hairs. I appreciate when that's done bcs they are detailed orientated and I like it when there's no hairs, less work for me to do when I get home.

This frustrated me immediately being that I drove 20 mins out of my way to come for the service . After I expressed my disappointment one of the young ladies allowed me to get an eyebrow tinting service for my troubles. I appreciated them trying to fix the issue & Imani was great!
