Ok fast forward to today. I made the appt two weeks ago and I received a text message yesterday to confirm. I called the 702 number on file and apparently she's in the process of using another number. I didn't get all the numbers the on the first go so I had to call back to get the rest of the numbers. She thought I was a returning customer so she didn't send me detailed info. No biggie. Her room is spacious, clean and white. She gave me a baby wipe to freshen up and started my wax. She was friendly, down to earth and we talked about a few things. She was sweet and pretty gentle. She even used the tweezers for some stray hairs.
