If you're like me, and your mood and energy are influenced a lot by what you are eating, then you might find on your fourth day of eating dumplings and potatoes that you're craving something fresher and greener to perk you up. I don't know what the name of this place is in English, nor do I know how to pronounce it in Czech, but I can certainly recommend it. They have both basic and more adventurous smoothies and are quick with good service. Most importantly for visitors, their menu items have the ingredients listed below the item name in English! The only thing that brings my rating from five stars to four is that my smoothie was not cold, as I like it, but rather lukewarm. It was still refreshing, though, and definitely a nice pick-me-up.

Price: I selected the build your own option and was allowed to choose up to 4 "toppings" for ~$5.30 USD. They were all frozen fruit, but still worse than your typical Jamba Juice. Service: the lady was nice enough about taking all of our orders and did her best to explain the menu. Since she was the only taking orders and making drinks, it's slow, but can't expect much more from a food court place.

She said that I ordered a 9. I said, politely, that I had ordered an 8. She became quite rude and condescending, and insisted that I had ordered a 9, as if she were talking to a moron. She would not make me the item I ordered, nor did she even give me the number 9 that she was making (which would still be better than nothing), nor did she offer a refund. Ultimately, I paid for something, and all I got was rudeness. Again, I am quite sure what I ordered. But, even if there had been a mistake on my part, some effort to work with the customer would have been in order. The incident occurred a little after they opened on 3 Dec. The same person was not working on 4 Dec, but was there on 5 Dec. She completely ignored me when she saw me, and once again just had a really bad attitude. Don't go here! There is another juice bar on the floor below this one, where you might get what you ordered, and might even be treated politely.

They serve fresh juices/smoothies, soup and salads with always changing seasonal specials. They have made many improvements since changing to Ugo chain; they now have two cashiers, more seats and fewer but better salad options. This place is never empty but I see that queuing to the cashier and waiting for the order didn't take as much time as before. For juices you pick them up at the counter when your drink is called out, and with many people waiting it is sometimes difficult to recognise what you ordered. For salads and soups you receive a number and the staff will bring your food to the table. The environment is a bit noisy and crowded due to location at shopping mall food court but otherwise great place for a quick and healthy lunch or takeaway!
