Would probably recommend making a reservation if you come at a prime time. My friend got Tony, and said he was a decent hairdresser, but very quiet. Not that he minded, just no conversation. However, he got a cut he liked, and a nice wash as well. A bit pricey in my opinion, at $25 for wash and cut, but since it was his first visit, they gave him a promotion of 2 cuts for $30. Not too bad... Most staff seemed nice, but a bit far for me to come just for a cut.
