I haven't been to a DC barber in over 20 years and the last 10 years, Russians have been cutting my hair. Today, I needed a cut and I walked in to Popular Cuts. I had to sign in, but the shop was empty. One guy in the chair getting a cut and two barbers relaxing. I sat in the chair, told him what I needed and he started to work. The music was right up my alley and the conversation we funny. I only listened. I need to concentrate on my scalp and beard. He showed me a little and asked if he was on the right track. THANK GOD HE WAS!!! After a few more directions he was done. I walked out a happy customer. The price was right and I went on my way.
