They are unfailingly cheerful and thorough, and are completely trustworthy and reliable. We have a large terrace with two bathrooms and natural timber floors. Tony cleans the bathrooms to perfection, and Ester cheerfully does messy tasks such as cleaning the oven and griller. Beds are made to hotel standard, and the house is always a delight to walk into when they have left. I was personally stolen from by cleaners sent by this company. They took a clearly wrapped,…read moreexpensive gift hamper and a bottle of champagne I had left in the apartment -- and only admitted to taking them after initially lying about it. I had proof that the cleaners stole the items, as they sent pictures of the items that they returned after being caught out. When I reported the theft to the company, the cleaners claimed to have no knowledge of the incident. It was only because I had pictures sent of the items from the phone belonging to the cleaner that I was able to prove that the cleaners were lying both to me and the company. Despite being able to prove their dishonesty and deliberate cover up, the company claimed it was "normal" for cleaners to remove "unwanted items," despite the items being clearly valuable and gift-wrapped. They questioned my honesty, downplayed the theft, and offered a pathetic $30 credit for a future clean as compensation. After multiple emails, phone calls, and a deeply frustrating back-and-forth, they have still only offered a partial refund- all while treating me like I was the problem. I have now been forced to escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading, where it remains unresolved. This company cannot guarantee their cleaners won't steal from you -- and if they do, they will not support you, they will minimise your experience, and they will fail to take responsibility. The bare minimum anyone expects from a cleaner is not to be stolen from. This company failed even that. Use them at your own risk.

Despite the cleaning spot being available online, I received a call shortly after the booking informing me the cleaners were not available at that time and so this was rebooked 2. The carpet cleaners turned up almost an hour late. · When I finally did speak to someone some time later, their first comment was that I had somehow missed the appointment. I did however, later receive a written apology. 3. The cleaners arrived on the rebooked day and did the cleaning, but did not clean for the entire time. I had to vacuum the rug in the lounge again as it still had dog hair on it I had to wipe behind the stove top as there was still food residue i had to clean both bathrooms again because there was scum/debris in the drain and the toilets had not been properly cleaned I raised this with Fantastic Cleaning and was advised that they have tracking which shows them to be onsite and that there was only 4 minutes shot. They well may have been, but they were not in my home cleaning which is the service that was paid for 4. The carpet cleaners arrived on time for the rebooked cleaning, and while their cleaning was as expected, their comments were not 5. They just cancelled my regular clean with any communication

We were booked to complete an Airbnb clean that was meant to be a 2-hour job. When we arrived, there were not enough bedsheets and towels for the incoming guests that afternoon. We had already made it clear beforehand that we do not handle laundry, however as another service business we didn't want to leave the property in a difficult position right before guest check-in. We contacted Dirt2Tidy immediately and were instructed to take the linen to a nearby laundromat. Unfortunately it was a self-service laundromat, and when we arrived all the machines were already being used. Throughout this time we remained in constant communication, explaining the delays and advising that we would have to cancel our own scheduled clients because of the situation. Our staff even paid $68 out of pocket for the washing and drying. What was meant to be a 2-hour clean turned into an 8-hour job, largely due to waiting for available machines and dryers. This also happened during the busy weekend just before Australia Day. To make matters worse, they later accused us of causing a bleach stain on bedsheets, even though the stain was already present and we did not use any bleach when doing the laundry. They then deducted $170 from our invoice without proper discussion, repeatedly ignored our calls, and took over two months to process payment. They also refused to pay for the full 8 hours worked, despite the fact that we had to cancel our own clients that weekend, losing an additional 6 hours of work. For transparency, Dirt2Tidy operates as a franchise. In our case, we were dealing with Affidah (Sydney). Very disorganised, very unprofessional, and extremely frustrating to deal with. Based on our experience, we would not recommend working with them.

Initially, I called and described my house over the phone, and they emailed me a quote without seeing the property. I repeatedly asked if someone needed to inspect the site, especially since I have very large windows. They insisted it wasn't necessary but agreed to an appointment. I waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time with no update. When I called, I was told the appointment had been cancelled--without any notice to me. I again stressed the importance of a site inspection to avoid surprises. She then said someone could come in the afternoon. I said I wouldn't be home but they were welcome to walk around the property, and she agreed. After that, I never heard from them. I emailed to cancel and explained that I found the service very unprofessional. She responded saying the quote would remain the same even after the inspection--which clearly hadn't been done. Later, I decided to go ahead with a smaller job (just bathrooms and windows). I told them how many of each, got a new quote, and booked it in. On the day of the clean, I was told the worker had car trouble and it was rescheduled for the next day. When the worker finally arrived, I was told the company had made an error in the quote. I reminded them that they had supposedly inspected the site already. Eventually, they admitted they had not done the inspection and had lied. They then increased the price by over $400--completely unreasonable and dishonest. DIRT2TIDY is disorganized, unreliable, and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. Steer clear.

Then I got called back to say there was no diptank, however their cleanerS would do an equal if not better job. On the Saturday a 24 year old student arrived, large bottle of degreaser and a some stainless steel wool in his hand. He clearly had no idea what he was doing and proceded to clean the oven for more than 3 HOURS and then tell me he couldnt do the job and left, leaving a large bottle of degreaser behind and a cleaning job for myself. At the time I rang the supervisor and explained the problem, and I was told they would organise someone to come on the Tuesday with a dip tank. Now, on Monday night, two days before I have to leave the house for sale, I am refunded my money and told it is not possible to do the cleaning. This is a crazy situation to be in and for $350 I would have expected someone who knew how to actually clean ovens and stoves.

However, on the today of the 'clean' an unexpected increase of $200 occurred, they then said they would not offer their 'bond back' guarantee and threatened to cancel on the job which would leave us without the apartment professionally cleaned before we hand back the keys(due to the poor service we did to pay a week extra in rent to clean the place ourself). I came home as they were packing up and spoke to the manager and advised him to leave my property as I was quoted initially $365 and was interested in paying an extortion fee. They kept refusing to leave the house until I paid them, naturally I gave them the $365(unknowing my wife has already given them a $100 deposit). After the whole ordeal I come inside and find that the walls weren't even washed and the place was an absolute mess. I contacted customer service who advised me that they won't be coming back to finish the job, nor offer any refund as the cleaners who visited myself aren't even Paul's cleaners. Apparently it's a franchise, so now the day after I'm yet to receive a receipt despite paying over $100 of the initial quote.

I went to the website, looks awesome, it is easy to use and has a cleaning calculator there to help you figure out how long the cleaning should take. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I was able to book for the cleaning online, and I received a confirmation email afterwards with information about my booking and the contact information of the cleaner that was going to clean my house. I booked for Friday, and Alex came and met me at my apartment and I left the keys with him. When I came home from work, my house was spotless! The kitchen was really shiny, and i could tell that Alex had got all the soap scum off from the sink. The kitchen is the messiest in my house, and he had cleaned the stove tops and it was shiny and new again. Every inch of my house was immaculate and I was really happy to see the bathroom and shower all nice and clean. Alex' attention to detail was great, and everything on my bathroom bench top was spotless. My carpet's were all fresh and clean, and i was really happy with the service. Alex left the key's in my mailbox as I had instructed, so I didn't have to worry about that. Overall, I was really happy with GetCleanr's service.
