When the cleaner arrived he informed me the small fridge wasn't included in the price and attempted to upsell the extra service which would have been over $400. The day before the cleaning I received an email saying the time had been unilaterally changed by 2 hours which caused a scheduling issue on my end. The cleaner was nice and he did a decent job, but the communication and terrible, and the value for money was a concern. I won't be calling the cleaners again.

I worked as an Operations Manager at Cleaning Star for close to 3.5 years. In that time company grew tremendously and I was really happy to be a big part of it. Customer service was one of my top priorities and when I was leaving (due to the fact that I couldn't stay in Australia on a permanent visa and had to go back to my home country) I was getting really positive feedback from our customers. I initially started using their services around 2007 when they cleaned my home. Cleaning was always very well done even though I consider myself to be fairly particular person. Then I stopped because if overseas work. Recently came back and called them to clean our office. Cleaning Star workers and managers work hard and we are satisfied with the results and communication from them. Top review from me. read more

Cleaning star came out to clean my furniture. I have couple of pieces of upholstered armchairs and a leather lounge. Everything looked tired and messy (I have 2dogs and they don't like to clean after themselves) I never had a cleaner before and I have to say that staff was very friendly and polite. I'm giving them 5stars as they did a wonderful job with cleaning my furniture. Will call them again. read more
