So I take it to a local mechanic who shows me that the lug was clearly cut off and the swaying I was experiencing was due to my back wheels were both loose and ready to fall off. When I brought this to the attention of an employee at Monroe, they're excuse was my lug nuts must be old or it was over torqued and broke off but if I wanted it fixed I'd have to pay for it. Not happy that they won't correct their mistakes. I keep hearing bad experiences about them but didn't want to believe until it happened to me. I'm a believer now.

I was told by two other mechanics that it needed a new battery and alternator. Which I found strange since neither one tested my alternator.. so I took it to Green's. They requested that I leave my car so they could look at it; two hours later was told only a battery was needed. I went back to them when my car had an electrical issue and had my car back the same day. I have found Green's Auto to be very reliable, honest and very reasonably priced. I will continue to use their services to fix my car.

I am ASE Master mechanic. When I was driving home the engine started smoking. Turned out the kid that worked on my truck who knew NOTHING first did not use the oil I gave them Royal Purple and over filled the engine and got some on the manifold. When I called to complain I was told Royal Purple oil is not colored Purple but it is. Clearly they are hiring unqualified workers and the owner's wife knew nothing about oil brands. They put inferior oil in my truck and instead of telling the truth that they could not check a front end they lied. it could have caused me to eventually get into an accident. Good thing I took it to a friends garage and checked out the front end myself.

You've lost a lot of sales from us, over some $40 oil changes that we were given by your salesman when we bought a new vehicle. Not good business at all!!
