When I was in the Cooke Marketplace for a rare pandemic outing, I was thrilled when I stumble upon their shop! When I think of Bake Erie, I of course think of their colorful Ohio cookies with delicious frosting. If you catch them during the day you'll see a bigger selection, but I was there near close so cookies were all that was left (but don't worry, we still bought). The inside has a clean, white feel to it that every teenager will love taking photos in. There's a few tables to sit and relax or you could take your bakery to-go while strolling the Marketplace. The shop doesn't have its own dedicated exterior storefront, but is located inside a large, interesting building. The location was clean, and shared space with a "food" restaurant which was closed when we visited. Street parking is available, which I think is free, but I'm not 100% on that. Overall, I'm glad we visited. It was unique, and I'd like to try more of the flavors - maybe even a sampler pack.
