Kevin was very good at communicating every step of the way, and described everything in detail about what they were doing and why. He came in to check the moisture and how the dehumidifiers were doing almost everyday until it was dry. They even went out of their way to get rid of a piano that had been sitting for about a year and had nothing to do with the . I feel like they really went out of their way to make this a smooth overall process. On top of being super kind, I'm just so grateful we went with Blue Wave. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the oven and fridge were barely touched. When I contacted management, the owner refused to resolve the issue, claiming I underreported the condition of the appliances, both of which had nothing more than average soiling, and in fact we had washed the refrigerator shelves the day before. The company did not notify me of any issues or extra fees during the service. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and incomplete work for such a high price. The baseboards in the kitchen were not cleaned and the window sills were not cleaned. We have used professional cleaners for all of our move out cleanings over the years and have never had a problem with things just being left not done before.
