Will listens to my goals and has made a personalized plan for me. He makes adjustments to my exercise based on my performance and improvement. He introduced me to many types of equipment and taught me a lot about injury prevention, nutrition, and healthy diet. Will really cares about his clients. He even wrote a detailed exercise list for me to use when I travel. The program at FitWillX is well-rounded with total body conditioning and I love the results! I highly recommend Will to anyone who wants to get fit!

The biggest change was hiking Mission Peak and having no soreness the next day! Usually my joints and muscles hurt, but after working with Will, I can push myself further. Will is such a nice person and always encourages me to do the best I can. He created a tailored program based on my experience level and goals. If I'm not feeling 100% he's able to tweak the program to accommodate my needs. He is very knowledgeable with the form and technique and always makes sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. I would highly recommend Will to anyone.

Geraldine, who's also one of the pilates instructors at my pilates studio, was kind to explain the basics of the equipment and exercises. Never underestimate her workouts from her calming voice, because I was sweating a lot while my legs were hurting to the point I froze for a moment without a cramp. I understand why no man would ever set foot in this studio. They would cry. I kept going despite the pain, yet I feel stronger in the end. She was kind to guide and correct my form quietly. It was intense on the first try with pilates experience. This was more like a level 3 reformer. I would go back if I became stronger and leaner after six months of doing pilates consistently. The studio was nice and clean with a spacious cubby and a single-use restroom. Highly recommend wearing grip socks before you come to class. If you don't have one, you can purchase one from them at the front desk. Also, come 15 minutes early to find street parking easier.

The studio isn't super dark or club-like -- it has open windows, natural light, and a great vibe. Most importantly, it's an incredibly effective workout. I was shaking during class, sore afterward, and honestly struggling to walk normally later -- which I consider the sign of a truly worthwhile workout.

The space they have created is so welcoming for beginners, and they foster an environment where anyone--no matter where they are in their fitness journey--can get the workout they are looking for. The instructors are attentive to everyone in class and are incredibly supportive. I would also like to show my appreciation for three instructors whose classes I generally take on a weekly basis. Claudia is one of my all-time favorite fitness instructors that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have taken her Pilates reformer class, hybrid mat class, and TRX class. I consider her coaching the primary reason I was able to break through the fitness plateau I was experiencing before coming to the studio. She is extremely knowledgeable about the workouts and can create modifications on the spot to fit you and your fitness goals. I go Tina's Barre class, and what I appreciate about it is the structure, as well as how unique each session is. Her instruction style is very supportive, and she is beyond cognizant of everyone in the room. In every class, she checks in on each client to make sure they have good form. I never thought I would enjoy taking Barre, but I now consider myself a true Barre enthusiast. Audrey is another amazing instructor. I generally take her reformer class and Exo Chair class. Audrey's classes are so welcoming and engaging. Her workouts are challenging, but due to how she engages the class, time seems to fly by because we are all just having fun. As I stated at the beginning of this review, I have never advocated this much for a fitness studio, and I will continue to be a client for the foreseeable future and then some. Thank you, Jen, and the rest of the IMX Studio team!

For someone who dislikes exercise, getting sweaty and waking up early, IMX Pilates has completely changed the way I feel and think about exercise. This form of fitness is perfect for me who has chronic aliments like a bad back/knee, weak shoulder, sensitive tailbone and hurt foot. Movements can be modified to your level or current condition. It can be challenging if you push yourself. It's a full body low impact workout that works your whole body and muscles you didn't even know existed! I can attest that my physical weaknesses before going to Pilates have either healed or strengthened. When I had rotator cuff surgery, Pilates was a great rehab exercise. The best part are the instructors esp the owner. She knows you by name and makes a point to make sure your form is correct, and nothing is too overwhelming or hard. She has hired some amazing instructors who truly love teaching and doing Pilates. They won't teach anything they wouldn't do themselves. And EVERY class is different. You never will be bored! The studio is exceptionally clean; the reformers are spaced out well (not cramped); the equipment is well cared for and lots of options for hand weights, wedges, cushions to accommodate your back, head etc.. and its not difficult to get a spot in class if you register in a timely manner. It's been one of the best commitments I have ever made.

I then texted Coach Angela after she turned 4 yo because she was showing signs of being interested. We were completely ghosted by Coach Angela. I was a former USTA player and I coached in college for my college's camp so I know a thing a two about coaching tennis and good customer service. Whether you have space to take a child in or not, you should always circle back. In the end of the day, everyone is connected and to one another and I'll say this, Euro Tennis is way better with better customer service than here. I grew up learning to play tennis by my dad. All was self taught through him. We weren't a rich family, but we were raised with values that took us far in life. I don't know what values these tennis coaches have here, but I'll say this.. poor customer service doesn't get very far. My ultimate goal was just to get my 4 yo and soon to be 5 yo to just make friends and get to know the sport that I love very much. I suggest all parents to go to Euro Tennis. Better customer service and lots of options. At Euro Tennis, they accept kids of all kinds. They have patience. And their focus is just making sure the kids have fun. At 5-7 yo, the ultimate goal is to have fun and like the sport.
