First visit to Kaffehuset and it was not a bad one althought I will have to complain about one…read morething :/ I went there with my girlfriend and we had an ice latte and a strawberry/ blueberry shake for beverage, and two cheesecakes- Oreo and wild berries. The drinks were simply awesome especially the latte (mostly for me) because I tend to put too much sugar in my drinks. The shake was nice and thick with a creamy texture. Cheesecakes delicious and pretty big considering the price- 35DKK. We sat outside got our drinks after about 5 minutes and we expected to get the cheesecakes right after but it never happened. We had to go in and ask where did our cheesecakes go. They forgot about them... It was a pretty quiet weekday with only couple of customers sitting inside, so I felt like that was a bit too much to forget about your customer sitting outside especially after already bringing the drinks. I would have given this place 4 or 5 stars but it was a bittersweet feeling sitting and checking through the window if the cheesecakes were on the way and no reaction from waiting staff. Will have to work on that. Don't forget your customer!
