Units are kind of junky and door is hard to open due to rust Im guessing. Then come to find out, all my stuff became mouse infested. I had to get rid of almost everything due to the damage caused by mouse poop and urine and all the chewed through things. I wouldn't have minded the jump in price otherwise, everything is going up in costs. I wish I would have taken pictures at the time I was emptying this thing out but I was mad over having to throw away a lot of my belongings. Emails don't get a response either. Just an overall disappointing and gross experience.

I rented a 10x10 unit that was completely over priced considering it wasn't even behind a security gate. After 6 months, I came back to retrieve my things to find that about 85% of my belongings were completely ruined by an infestation of mice, and 100% of my things, boxes, and furniture had mouse urine and feces ALL over them. AND there were live mice running around! I had absolutely NO food in there! Completely ruined things I had to throw in the dumpster immediately: my couch, loveseat, recliner, down comforters/pillows, towels/blankets, night stand, clothes, small kitchen appliances, lamps, just to name a few! Everything was chewed, scratched, and absolutely filthy. Anything that wasn't completely ruined now smells absolutely disgusting, like mouse feces and urine, and I am having to wash everything multiple times to attempt to get the smell away. The manager said there was nothing they could do. And of course they had no idea mice were a problem, which is a lie! I couldn't even get the supervisor to call me back! So now I'm out basically all my things AND thousands of dollars. They are crooks! DO NOT RENT HERE!.. unless you love mice ruining all of your things and you have lots of money to replace them.

I have added two additional units at this site(for a total of three), as I have needed more storage space over the past year. I was looking for their contact info, to call them with a question, and noticed the scathing/negative feedback about this facility from Jared H.. Honestly, I was shocked by his review. My experience has been nothing but professional and pleasant. I usually don't give feedback on these sites, but know how much damage a negative comment can do to a small business. I know most customer feedback is often only from unhappy customers, and many times is from clients who don't pay their bills (or pay late), and then get upset and complain about anything and everything they can. I don't know this to be the case, with Jared H., but find it strange that we have units at the same location during the same time period. During which, he claims a terrible rodent infestation is happening, and I see ZERO signs of rodents or even many spiders or bugs in any of my three units, spread around the facility. I would like to give some much deserved positive feedback. Again, I started out with one unit earlier last year, and have added two more over time. This is a direct result of the quality and personal service I have received. If anyone wants to know the truth about this facility, go in and inquire about what units are available. I'm sure that just meeting to the onsite manager, and seeing the well kept, secure facility, with units behind a locked gate(all but three or four cheaper units, including the one that Jared H. apparently opted for, outside the locked gate). Hopefully, seeing for yourself, will allow you to make an educated decision for yourself. I believe you will see that this is a nice well kept facility, as I have experienced, or see if you find it is as horrible as the disgruntled Jared H. implies. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a landfill. I arrived with…read morenothing but green waste and provided the address in Layton where the work was performed, yet I was still told I would be charged $70 per ton for disposal. In my experience, it's well worth the extra drive to the Ogden landfill. The staff there are much more welcoming, the process is better organized, and green waste disposal is handled far more efficiently. I was greeted professionally, directed where I needed to go, and did not have to pay for green waste disposal. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend the Ogden landfill over this facility.

This man is attune to the challenging time of a move (exhaustion and tension) are turned to peace and calm in his 5 Star CARE. Freely mentioned and granted "service" discount. Made signing effortless. Contract includes line item initialing that was succinct, simple, clear and fast. Lon allowed oud us to get started before contracts were signed; he walked the contract to where we were working instead of having me take any of my time in an office where I couldn't answer questions of the multiple movers. his walk was from one far end of the property to the other and him doing so was 'top- tier. 26ft truck was easily maneuverable via the spacious drive areas. Feeling like a new friend; illustrated over and again, beginning phone call to closing texts. He cared about every aspect of my move and my non-storage inquiries. Paying my bill to this owner/operator is a pleasure. Working together feels as if a business "partnership" through common storage/moving goals. One night I needed after hours support and Lon arranged for Patrick to arrived and pleasantly assist. Every aspect of business here is an absolute jewel. Lon cares (above and beyond) in every phone call (once when closed he sent aide), every meeting (walked paperwork from one end of property to the other), explained regular treatment of property for rodents ~ why contract lists not storing food.
