Extremely unprofessional. There are hundreds of agents out there. If you are going to spend your…read morehard earned money and time on insurance you want someone who is there for you who is professional, responsible, and respectful. Although Kristian does a great job selling that before you sign a contract, when an issue comes up, you see a true lack of professionalism. Where it doesn't cost you to look elsewhere, you should. Kristian's own team overcharged me. When her own assistant was correcting the issue, Kristian went out of the way to pick up the phone and call me and speak in a disrespectful tone to begin with. Funny thing was our issue was already resolved and Kristian for some odd reason wanted to just argue for the sake of arguing without even knowing the situation or why I was billed incorrectly. After being corrected and informed, instead of acknowledging being wrong, she hung up on me. I called corporate who agreed that her behavior was unprofessional, they on their own recommended a new agent, and confirmed that what I and Kristian's assistant had already figured out was correct and that Kristian had no idea what she was talking about. SUMMARY: just go elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about Azeb. From the very beginning, Azeb made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed the process, and went through all my bills, documents, and forms with incredible care and attention to detail. She is not only highly professional and extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and compassionate--something that made a huge difference in what could have been a very stressful experience. Azeb advised me on smart tax strategies and helped maximize my deductions, while making sure I truly understood what we were doing and why. The entire process felt stress-free, organized, and empowering. I feel confident and much more prepared going into the next tax year, and that is entirely because of her guidance. Azeb will absolutely be my go-to CPA going forward. Thank you, Azeb--this truly would not have been possible without you. Highly, highly recommend her services.

What could have been an easy five stars is now a one. Abe was brought on to be our travel agent for…read morea large group cruise on Royal Caribbean. He lacked prompt communication and we had several hiccups along the way but we were assured that was not his normal and everything would be fine. He promised everyone in our group a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolate covered strawberries and an onboard credit of $125 per room. We communicate over the phone many times and asked how that would work etc. he said it would be applied once we got on the ship - something another member of our group questioned because that's not the normal. It's usually available right away so we can use it to book excursions. We trusted him as our travel agent and budgets with that in mind. I also had requested he make sure my rooms were adjoining and he assured me at least 2-3 times that they were. When we got on board we discovered they were not and had to work with RC to get moved to a room that was. Again once on board we discovered we did not have an onboard credit. We tried communicating with Abe and didn't hear back. Several days later we got communication from his manager with a vague email that they were working on it. Lots of blame shifting without looking for creative solutions. I have yet to hear from Abe or his manager. We ended up getting $75 applied to our accounts the very last night. We still haven't heard from anyone. Haven't gotten an apology or solution. We only got $75 applied after I sent an email asking for solutions and that I would be reviewing them. I think they hoped we would just get over it and move along. We have saved and planned this trip for 2 years. We budgeted for what was promised and when we didn't receive the promised credit, it came out of our pockets. I would strongly advise you not to use this establishment for travel planning. If something happens after you leave and you can't walk into the business you will be screwed and ghosted. I called over and over again every number I knew to call to help get our group what they had budgeted for. I never got a call back and no one ever answered. I probably made 20 calls all through out the day - no one picked up. If you've had a similar experience please review so we can all be aware before we are in the middle of the ocean without the ability to confront the issues in person. Abe told us what he thought We'd want to hear to book with him. And to date he has yet to confront his mistakes. Still waiting Abe, feel free to call. You know my number because you ignored my calls for a week.
