Ed (the agent) always answers our questions and is very clear on everything- best part is he's always looking out for what it is i could afford and lets me know about things i might want to consider without being pushy. I've recommended him to many a friends- i was actually referred to him by someone else as well, so i must not be the only one who thinks he's good. OH and they always answer my calls (you would think thats a given but Ive had many a bad experiences elsewhere).

It is approaching three months and it is still there but yet they keep charging me the monthly fee with one excuse after another. I could've done it in a much faster time and save a whole lot of money that I have paid this company with no results. apparently, the highest level that you can talk to is a supervisor. I was told by two supervisors that management above the call center do not take phone calls nor do they return phone calls for customers that have a complaint . Lies lies, and more lies. I have never been lied to you by an organization as much as I have by this one. Their resolutions are based on doubling down with repeating with their actual policy is not the one that you're told when they're trying to get your money initially. I could go on and on, but based on the many reviews of angry customers, all I can say is to stay far away from this company and do it on your own it will be. come to find out they have no magic, they only do what you could be doing without the headache. do not use this company.

I've had an awful time with my credit over the years. It was hard to find a job and an apartment…read more Most businesses appear to be moving towards checking credit as a way to filter between two equally qualified applicants. Took several months to find someone that I trusted enough to help me improve my situation. I absolutely didn't trust giving this type of information over the phone (or online, god help me) to who knows what on the other side. When I found Credit Glory, I scheduled a free consult to learn more about how the process worked and how long it would take. Jason was clear and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold to, which is, funny enough, what finally sold me. The repair has been more than I hoped for when I picked up the phone. Almost perfect credit as I write this, other than one late payment mark on a credit card I still use. I don't have anyone to refer Jason to, sadly (fortunately?), but hopefully this helps convince someone else to call.

Because we got pushed off to random people, and apparently no one at GR communicates with each other, so we ended up having to explain situations over and over. They either don't talk to one another, don't notate things in your case file, or don't bother to read it. It was highly impersonal and was the most aggravating component in the home buying process. The only good thing was they sold our loan to another company before our first mortgage payment was even due, so hopefully it will not get sold back and we will no longer have to do business with them.
