Ours was one of the countless homes to get hit w basement flooding this past weekend. We had reached out to Frank in the wee hours of Friday AM as the basement filled w water. We were confirming coverage and to let him know what was going on. We had an email back from frank personally before 6am on Friday and he was at our home before 9am to walk thru and give guidance. He put calls into two remediation companies while on site and was in touch all day. He came back later Friday afternoon after visiting other affected clients (Mask and all!) to check on us and the situation. We can only control what we can and as we were focused on our home and family, Frank was helping w the rest.
