Carter FCU minden is a joke!! why would you have a bank open if you don't even employ a loan…read moreofficer?? first off I have been a part of this credit union for well over 20/25 years. ok in April I went to Carter in Minden because I was planning on buying a car in June so I stopped by and I went in one of their little offices with this lady to find out what I needed or if I needed to do anything special to buy this car. they pulled up my account and said nope it won't be an issue everything looks good. ok FF to June and I go back to the exact same bank but this time they tell me that they don't have any loan officers at the bank. so they lied to me!! just like today they told me I could go to another location but why didn't they say this 6 weeks ago when I came in to find out what I needed oh no that would make to much sense. im really thinking about leaving Carter all together since its pretty obvious that they tell you what they have to to get you back out the door. that was twice but today I took off work to take care of this so now I lost a whole day of work because Carter lied to me. then they told me I had to wait for a loan officer to call me but come to find out if they would have told me that I could have drove 20 miles down the road to get it done in bossier city but nope they didn't tell me that either. so just be careful who or what you believe from Carter FCU!!!
