This is the biggest joke for a insurance agent I have ever seen in my entire life they offer absolutely no service for your insurance. If you finance your truck with them they can only communicate with you by fax or US mail. I truly believe I was calling the 1980s. They said they had no capability of email and I asked him if they were running inside of the bag in somebody's garage. I want to just clear this agent and any State Farm products. read more

We appreciate Christina working with us as we had an accident in our 2016 BMW. She assisted us as we forwarded a picture of the dented front passenger side of the car. I showed her the estimate that our car repair company gave us but she said it was not a State Farm affiliated repair service so they would determine the amount of damage and cost of repair based on the picture I sent to them. She called this company this morning and was treated very rudely and demeaning. Could not get a quote at all. She asked why she could not get a quote because other agencies have had no problem giving her a quote.and she got a rude reply "you should be fine then". My daughter hung up in tears and in complete dismay of how she was just treated. She should have never had to endure that kind of treatment. It is hard enough to deal with four children alone and be apart from her husband for months on end while he is on the ship. I would love to tell this lady that she is ok, State Farm called shortly after and insured her right away and was eager to do it and treated her very nicely. It brightened her day up after the ordeal she had just went through.
