I found the exact same coverage, same deductible plus road side assistance, rental car and accident forgiveness for over $100 per month cheaper.

I am a 65 year old woman who has not had an accident since I was 21. Do the math. Paying into a…read moresystem that does not reward safe driving even though they claim they do. I had an accident in Oct 2025 and literally was left out to dry. An elderly man decided to blow through a stop sign and Allstate treated me like a criminal. I drive a 2001 Toyota 4 Runner that is picture perfect. Original owner ... not a scratch. After an accident that was clearly not my fault an insurance adjuste located in Phoenix looked at my vehicle virtually and deemed it totaled. 2 damaged doors is not salvageable ?? They picked up my car and I thought they were taking it to a repair shop. They took it to the auction. If I didn't stay on top of my cars journey they would have auctioned it off. I was literally 3 days away. It was a nightmare. End result ... they paid me a check that I thought was to repair my vehicle and it turns out they were paying me out as a totaled vehicle. So here I am attempting to register my car nearly a year later and now I have to go through all sorts of hoops to get a salvage title so that I can insure my car with another company. Spoiler alert! If your car is 10 years old or older, there are guidelines to totaling a vehicle and one of them states that if your car is over 10 years old and the repair is only two doors it does not need to be deemed totaled. So Allstate 100% screwed me all the way around. Moral of the story ... Allstate does not put you in good hands as they claim and Nicholas Sakha and his team just sign you up and leave you hanging when you need them. PS ... Deanna is the only decent human in this establishment. She deserves to be employed by a company that cares. This is not the company.
