The agent assigned to my claim, Inge Peters, never explained the claim and repair process to me and never returned my voicemails or messages left with staff. Because of this and after many waisted days I dealt with her supervisor Zachary Robins. Mr Robins told me over the phone I had an appointment at the body shop the next day and that a rental car was booked for the same time. None of this was true, the body shop had no reservation or my information neither did the car rental company. I waisted 2 trips to the body shop due to botched reservations. I had to escalate the situation to the area manager, Jose Pantoja, to get anything done. What makes Progressive even worse is the vehicle that rear ended me was also covered by Progressive Insurance, so the whole claim and repair process should have been smooth.
