They leverage, tools and technology to deliver high quality and timely service. They take pictures and videos of everything and include those in a report that is easy to read and understand and are always available for a phone call. For those intimidated by mechanics, this place is for you, they won't make you feel rushed and there are no stupid questions. More importantly, they are honest, and I have experienced this first hand with a warranty issue with previously replaced (by them) shocks. When I mentioned that the shocks were just replaced on my last visit after they had reported to me that they were leaking, they immediately took ownership and covered it under warranty, no questions asked. Their prices are a bit higher than other mechanics in the area, but if you value quality over cheap price tag, you will not have an issue with it. Over all, The Mechanic OC has been a great experience and I take all 3 of my vehicles there for maintenance/repair. I highly recommend them!

The price tag was ridiculous for a car worth $5000. I contacted Complete Autocare to verify what the dealer had told me and to see if they could beat the price. They got me in the same day I called and gave me a free assessment....they said they couldn't find most of the issues the dealer told me were essential and honestly told me what they felt was important to take care of.....for 1/4 the price that the dealer quoted. They did the work the next day. They assured me that the car was in excellent shape and should be good for another 50,000+ miles with regular maintenance. I only drive the car about 3000 miles a year, so I just need to keep it running as a second car. The car runs great and this is now my "go to" shop for car maintenance. They told me it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours to finish, ended up only being 1 1/2 hours. They not only performed the services, but they also took the time to explain to me exactly what they did, and were happy to answer all of my questions. Marty worked on my car, and was very helpful and friendly! He explained to me that my AC unit would only need a recharge if it has a leak, and they added a dye to the Freon so when it leaks they will be able to find the leak. I liked them so much that I brought my Wife's car in a few days later. She had gone to a Valvoline to get her oil changed and steering fluid refilled, and ever since then her car would squeak loudly in a way that sounded like metal on metal scraping. It would happen when she brakes it, or even when she would turn the when it works start squeaking. I explained this over the phone, and Marty immediately knew that the Valvoline worker just accidentally got some oil on the belt. Marty looked under the car, and we were in and out of the car in about 15 minutes. Call them to make an appointment to make sure they have time, and they will get you back most issues quickly, and explain what they are planning to do, and will call you to let you know when they have updates. Very up front about their process and pricing.
