They told me it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours to finish, ended up only being 1 1/2 hours. They not only performed the services, but they also took the time to explain to me exactly what they did, and were happy to answer all of my questions. Marty worked on my car, and was very helpful and friendly! He explained to me that my AC unit would only need a recharge if it has a leak, and they added a dye to the Freon so when it leaks they will be able to find the leak. I liked them so much that I brought my Wife's car in a few days later. She had gone to a Valvoline to get her oil changed and steering fluid refilled, and ever since then her car would squeak loudly in a way that sounded like metal on metal scraping. It would happen when she brakes it, or even when she would turn the when it works start squeaking. I explained this over the phone, and Marty immediately knew that the Valvoline worker just accidentally got some oil on the belt. Marty looked under the car, and we were in and out of the car in about 15 minutes. Call them to make an appointment to make sure they have time, and they will get you back most issues quickly, and explain what they are planning to do, and will call you to let you know when they have updates.
