Since the fire, our insurance agent has contacted me only twice to check in. That level of communication is completely unacceptable during this loss. We have been left to navigate an overwhelming and complicated situation on our own, at the exact moment when we need help. Customers pay insurance premiums year after year with the expectation that their agent will help them through a catostrphic situation. We never imagined losing eveything and certianly never expected to be met with such limited support afterwards. This office advertises making their clients "feel like family" and giving them the "peace of mind knowing you are backed by a team that cares about you"....not so!!!
