But in the meantime I had sent a check to Lebanon Valley so not to be late, (Big Mistake) I told Mr. frees I was canceling my policy, I signed an E document, I thought that was it (Wrong) the Lebanon Valley cashed my check, I was told I should have received my check on Friday, (still Waiting) and I come to fine out I was charged $5.00 for something ridiculous...so I called Frees insurance and instead of getting I am sorry this happened let me handle everything I got nothing but a snarky response, oh and I will send you the $5.00 out of my own pocket..ugh if you expect to get great service for being a loyal customer think again!
