He would meet us half way to do our taxes on occasion when our daughter was an infant. Always a word of good advice and I'm sure he didn't charge me enough for his services. Charlie will be missed but Steve certainly "picked up the mantle." Steve is very approachable and is willing to listen to what you have to say. Don't let his mild laid back manner and occasional stocking feet fool you. He's on the ball and knows what he is doing. Steve even came to our house once to do the taxes; chip off the old block. Trash is just thrown in FRONT of the Dumpsters and I'm always picking up stray bottles, candy wrappers, litter and trash bags in front of the bins and on my lawn. The parents send their children with trash bags that they can't reach to get the garbage inside of the bins! They put furniture outside of the bins and don't call the Township's Bulk Trash to come and collect it. I do have to say the Value of the Houses have gone up since the HOA got new people in the office. People are buying and refurbishing the houses. So it's not as bad as it was. I've lived here for 23 years and I've seen it good and bad. I'm glad it's getting better!! Some people will say why don't you move? I'm 76 years old, retired and on a fixed income so I couldn't be able to pay another mortgage. I'm just happy it's getting much better and the values have gone up!
