On one occasion I was looking for a household item and thought for sure they would not have it but they did. I agree at times they are higher but weigh getting in the car and driving to a store that would have the item I was looking for but I weigh the cost of gas and my time verses having it here costing a little more. I bought the item at CVS. Convenience was worth it at our CVS. They have a little of everything and it is worth it to me and there are items for sale typically that may attract your fancy or sweet tooth. I also weigh the value of having CVS right here on the island, it is convenient. In my opinion today February 21, 2026. Try CVS first, it is our store.
