The Dr. was totally aloof, and obviously did not care one bit about the patient, pretty arrogant too. You can't make appointments in advance, you have to wait until you are in extreme pain, then it takes a MONTH to actually see a Dr. If you know your treatments wear off in 8 weeks why can't you make a future appointment? The Dr we asked just said "that's not how it works". Bull. I will NEVER go there again.

We got along great she listened and knew what she was doing the best one I had since I ended up going to FHN had her quite few months and they all kept my meds filled . but a caregiver made app at SSM here with a Dr I had once in Monroe and was bad .been trying to get a new provider at FHN but TAMMY PALS keeps repeating same thing. We've been over this before listen to me and then you can speak, called complaint dept sent back to Tammy finally got thru switch board and got app made for June 22nd at 10 said see you then then told me she get me someone to future help me and Tammy again she cancelled app. called to talk and was told if i kept trying to get a dr she was going to have to sound like a threat hung up on her . it's a public clinic and can't get past her Been without all meds the drs there kept filled I was subscribed since I started my seizures and was given for al diagnoses. SO when I looked up who and saw This Dr tried to reach him at Health Dept. I was told to find him to get matter straightened out has put my life at risk not having meds have to live on . I checked online but didn't see holiday hours posted anywhere so I assumed they were open normal hours. However, when I walked in there was a sign posted on the door saying they closed at 4pm and I got there at 3:45. I felt bad for coming in so close to closing but it was a long drive and my little one wasn't feeling good. Everyone was courteous, professional, and attentive even though I know they probably wanted to get out of there. They even took some time to wait for the fever reducer to start working.

Was screened relatively quickly and then was allowed to complete registration and check-in online (in my car, on my phone). Was then able to be seen in my car. Their curbside care protocols were excellent. And they were attentive in their care.
