We used Freeman Lovell to set up and structure some LLCs and real estate purchases for us. They were helpful and very knowledgeable.

This will be a bittersweet review. I am someone who considers marriage as sacred. Unfortunately…read moremy ex-wife of 25 years didn't believe so during the last few months with her adultery. And with her not willing to save our union, she left me no other choice than petition for divorce. My assigned attorney Keith Johnson and his assistant Crystal Aparicio, in a sympathetic tone explained to me that despite my feelings, this needed to be treated as a business transaction with my interest taking precedent. The result was a final divorce decree that took place faster than the minimum 30-days; my pension left untouched, and stipulation that I could live with. Yes, that whole time felt like a living hell, but the staff at the firm were always available to contact and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I would never recommend needing a divorce attorney, but if there is no other choice - please contact these folks. They provide a degree of light during a dark time in life, and I thank them.

He kept things in a true perspective of what is actually possible, and what is just a hope for the future. I recommend him and he is just a very nice guy as well. He is licensed in Utah & California. He will also be given free BBQ if he visits Texas! Family law sucks, but Ryan made it a less painful experience. Thank you for defending my family, and your support for ensuring with the case.

I hired Mary Bevan to represent me during my divorce. While she initially presented a positive…read moreoutlook and said she would advocate for a fair outcome, the reality was far different. Her communication throughout the process was minimal, and during mediation, she admitted to taking her sick child to daycare, which I feel motivated her to finish fast that day. She encouraged me to accept an extremely one-sided settlement: minimal child support and alimony, no back pay, and no share of funds my ex withdrew from our accounts or retirement. Despite having strong evidence (including video of infidelity), she repeatedly dismissed its relevance and downplayed my concerns. She also failed to properly investigate significant financial discrepancies--over $60,000 in unexplained income on my ex's bank statements. I left mediation feeling blindsided, unsupported, and trapped. I called immediately afterward trying to withdraw my consent to the agreement, but was told I could not. Looking back, I wish I had a stronger advocate--someone who understood my situation and fought for a truly fair outcome. I do not recommend her to others going through divorce, especially if you're in a vulnerable financial or emotional position.

Pearson Butler has refused to give it to me and will not respond to my emails. Mr. Rice told me that if I wanted them to pay it out and provide that information, to hire an attorney. Absolutely unbelievable... as if my Mother is a Defendant and I'm a Plaintiff? As the executors of her last will and testament, they have a fiduciary duty to honor her wishes. She would be absolutely appalled. This is the most abhorrent thing I've EVER experienced... not to mention reprehensible and corrupt. Christina Pippin

I researched top employment attorneys for about an hour or two. Moving from California not too long ago, I realized employment law in the state of Utah is almost always in favor of the employer; it's important to find someone capable. I ultimately hired Andrew Stavros to review my severance. He has tons of experience and it's obvious right away. Mr. Stavros was straightforward, fair and honest. His services are reasonable and affordable. Not all attorneys have experience under their belt to negotiate or understand severance agreements. He did. My options were laid out to me during our consultation. I chose the course of action to take. If needing further litigation or help, I will return to Mr Stavros. He is the kind of attorney you want in your corner if you need to move forward against an employer or civil action. He's confident and unwavering. Office 5/5: The office is very easy to work with and the receptionist Sue was very kind. Setting up the consultation was easy. Processing my payment was also quick and easy. Price 5/5: Good.

It has now been a full month, and I have received no response despite multiple follow-ups by both phone and email. It is extremely unprofessional to ask a potential client to invest that kind of time and then completely fail to communicate any decision or update. A simple courtesy response would have been the bare minimum. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
