Really appreciated the professionalism, courtesy and amazing results from Manual and Chase. THey gave a great explanation of what to expect in the process, they wore shoe booties while inside the house (to clean the inside window panes) and also cleaned our solar panels. Bottom line, the views outside are so much better (sky more blue, sun more bright) and getting about 10-15% more solar energy to the house (making us $!). Our next door neighbors saw the results and are now also signing up to get their windows and solar panels done also! We have a 2 story home with some hard to reach windows that have to be accessed from the roof. I wanted to make sure they were fully insured should God forbid their guys got hurt. Of course they were insured. These guys are professionals. They have been in the business for years, and do a lot of commercial buildings. They run a tight ship. Speaking of running a tight ship, the owners, Kolan and Lupe go above and beyond. Kolan served in the Marines as a pilot. I have so much respect for our military men and women. You can trust that their staff is well trained and meticulous. There are many window washing companies to chose from, but not all of them run their business the "right" way.. It's not just some guys with a bucket slopping water all over your rug or bending your screens. This is the only window washing company I will ever use. Excellent. First you have to trust some dude in your home. Second they have to know what they are doing. And Third THE WINDOWS HAVE TO LOOK GREAT. We have a 3 story condo, scary windows to navigate on ladders, and many of them. Danny, who looks like a professional wide receiver, took care of the pad. Attention to detail and didn't just rip the screens out. The work was fantastic and he was a great guy. They were unable to complete the job due to a ladder issue, so they had to come back the next day. I was skeptical, like always. They were there and did an incredible job on two windows that are 30 feet in the air. They didn't have to do the dangerous angled window, but they did. Go with these guys. A+ read more

I saw one of their trucks cleaning windows near Costco Carlsbad. The truck looked presentable, their Yelp reviews were solid, and so I called them for a phone quote. We had not cleaned our windows for a few years. The tracks were gross, etc. They asked some basic questions and gave me a quote over the phone. Then, when they showed up to clean, they actually honored the quote price and did not try to upsell me like some other services had. The windows, tracks, and screens are all great and Chase was fast, courteous, and professional! I highly recommend these people. read more

I've been using Freedom for over ten years. Today they showed up and said that they needed to add an additional $60 before cleaning. When I made the appointment they added $30 because their costs have increased. I agreed and was shocked when they showed up and said "gee you have a lot of different windows so let me check with the owner". Remember that have been cleaning my windows for over ten years. He went to his truck after saying the owner Colin would be calling. When Colin insisted that the job could only be done for an additional $60 on top of the already added $30 I said it felt like a shakedown and refused cleaning. read more

I made an appointment on line for the next morning. I was surprised it was so soon and that they kept it! They were running late and kept me informed all morning and showed up as they told me about an hour later, which was fine with me as long as I am informed I'm fine. Sean was friendly and got down to business. In less than 30 minutes they had cleaned the window runners, screens and washed the windows in and out. I was charged the same amount as advertised.
