They have taught great skills to both of my kids and I see a sense of self pride in them wherever they go. My son has actually used the "warning" method they teach when someone attempts to bully. He has given potential bullies warnings and then not just takes the bully down, but has the intelligence and respect for his opponent to submit only as much as necessary to keep himself safe. Thankfully he doesn't have to defend himself too often, but I know that he is proud of his skills and uses them appropriately. My daughter has attended for two years and kicks some butt! She is a dancer going to Bak and I know that this place has helped her with her balance and self worth! The organization is top notch and worth attending! Thanks everyone!

What honestly makes this place special is the family atmosphere. From day one, my kids felt welcomed, supported, and part of something bigger. They have genuinely gained an extended family here. In just five months, my 4-year-old has grown not only in skill but in confidence and is already preparing for a grappling tournament in May!! Whaaaat?! Even though he's teaching the kids discipline, taekwondo forms and techniques, he's also making everyone laugh including the parents watching. Growing up, my brother use to go to taekwondo as a kid and I remember there were no seating for bystanders. This is a huge pro at Korea Taekwondo because they have a large seating capacity for parents and other onlookers. It's nice to see what my son is learning in class and to get to know the curriculum they teach and instill. The owner Master Lim is a kind and very respectful role model to these kids. I appreciate his life lessons that he tries to instill to everyone. The facility has great resources for the kids such as sparring items and practice gear that they use in classes. We can come to class up to 3x a week and we like how short the classe are - 50 minutes. We also like how achievable the next belt is. If they do learn and perfect their craft, they can achieve their next color belt in 2 months. All in all, we've had a very pleasant experience here.

When I met with her the first time, she demeaned and belittled me all because I was quiet and shy; I wasn't the talkative type, and initially I wanted to join her class to break out of my shyness. However, Master Gina told me, at the time I was fourteen, that my eyes had dark circles probably because I look/stare at the computer all day; that I probably hide in my room away from company and people, and I probably starve myself too. Little did she know that I do none of those things and the fact that she even assumed that I did from my appearance is disgusting and disgraceful, especially from someone who prides herself in honor and discipline--something which this "instructor" clearly lacks. She was a bully. I'm now in my twenties and reflecting back on that, that is NEVER the way to treat a child. She should never be allowed to work with children. She also insisted that I call her "Master" even though I was just seeing the program; I was never her student and would never thankfully become her student. All this was just from meeting with her once and she showed her true colors within two minutes.

I watched Sensei Cristian mold her and work though all her behavioral issues she has. He has made her a champion! His patience with all his students is remarkable. His training not only changed my daughter but changed me and motivated me to sign up. I was also in a bad place and needed some guidance to reduce the stress and the effects my PTSD was taking in my life. I'm truly blessed that my family is part of this school. I can honestly say it doesn't matter if you are in shape or out-of-shape. You can quickly and safely develop your mind and body with Sensei Cristian's training.
