They have taught great skills to both of my kids and I see a sense of self pride in them wherever they go. My son has actually used the "warning" method they teach when someone attempts to bully. He has given potential bullies warnings and then not just takes the bully down, but has the intelligence and respect for his opponent to submit only as much as necessary to keep himself safe. Thankfully he doesn't have to defend himself too often, but I know that he is proud of his skills and uses them appropriately. My daughter has attended for two years and kicks some butt! She is a dancer going to Bak and I know that this place has helped her with her balance and self worth! The organization is top notch and worth attending! Thanks everyone!
