However, $50.00 charge isn't refundable? Because replacement lenses were ordered. THEIR MISTAKE COST ME $50.00!!! BOTTOMLINE: This is a Clear Case of a "MISDIAGNOSIS". Using this company has been a mixed bag. While my problem was diagnosed, getting there was rather…read morefrustrating. This was my first time using a computer repair shop, as I normally am able to troubleshoot myself. Unfortunately I didn't have any spare parts to test with this time. The service was not very good. Several times I was told that they would call on a certain day, and they never did. I always ended up having to call them in order to find out anything. On top of that, it took them over a week to just diagnose the problem, much longer than they told me it would take. There seemed to be a lack of communication among the staff as well. When I called, the guy didn't know what work the previous technician had done, so he had to retest all over again. Since I requested to only have the problem diagnosed and for no repair work to be done, I was shocked by a very large bill. I would hate to see how much they would have charged if they had replaced the part for me. To make things worse, I had to make a special trip back to their store after picking up my computer because they failed to put the screws back in (the ones that hold the video card in place). In my opinion, that's just sloppy. I really can't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service at a fair price.
