I was never able to get a definite time as to when they were coming. They stopped vacuuming behind the doors and the mirror in the bathroom as well as the shower stall was only cleaned half way up. I would come home after they cleaned to find lint on the bathroom rugs and stuff scattered on the hardwood floors. When I let Mike know it was like he couldn't care less. The last time he texted me at 10PM the night before they were to come and told me they were not able to make it and wanted to come two days later. I said that was fine as long as I had a definite time and he said it would not be a problem. 10 minutes after they were supposed to be there I called and he said they were on their way. an Hour and a half later they decided to show up. It is one thing that people are late and another to lie directly to me about it. If you want a clean house and good service I suggest you not use Manchester

I just had a deep cleaning done by Manchester - the ladies left about 15 minutes ago and I can tell…read moreyou that my house has never had such good attention paid. It's smelling good and there are lots of little details like fancy folded towel, tissues, and toilet paper. They were extremely thorough - they took apart my stove to clean it, moved furniture that hadn't been moved and ages, and were kind enough to place new paper towel under the toilet brush in the bathroom! I'm excited to have the start their maintenance service in two weeks. We did have a minor schedule change/miscommunication, but that's not a big deal to me as I had let them know I was available all afternoon. If you don't have flexibility, it's probably best to let them know upfront. Highly recommend!

My best guess is too Much paint was sprayed on and not rolled out properly. When I asked the builder to have it fixed, the owner of this company was so rude and unprofessional to me in my home. It was a really unfortunate experience. They basically told me that nothing was wrong with my walls. When I asked them if they would be ok with someone painting their family member's home, the response was "well, no one looks at the walls this close". Zero accountability, zero integrity. One of the times they came to "fix" the problem, they skim coated about an 18 inch strip in the middle and I guess they were hoping that no one would notice. Mistakes happen. But a good company will take responsibility and fix them. I ended up asking my builder to get a new contractor, and they agreed thankfully. Run from this owner.

This included skim coating a damaged hall where wall paper had pulled apart the drywall. I was estimated a 3 or 4 man crew and 4 days. They sent 2 guys who did it in 2 days (2nd day was a long 11 hour day). Painting was great, did have to call them back to fix a bunch of additional nail pops they missed which they did next day. They were very polite and quick. I did find 2 or 3 drips of paint on the carpet, but that wasn't a bid deal to me.

Matt was very quick in responding to our emails and showed up on time for the job. I recently emailed him again for a smaller scale job to power wash our vinyl fence.
