A very peaceful place to relax your mind and body in a convenient location…read more Alicia T. has a very good understanding of anatomy and will work your aches and pains until you feel like a "new person" and totally rejuvenated by the experience. Her therapy techniques will vary based on how one is feeling. I have been going to Alicia for at least 3 years and the sessions have always helped me: she has done deep tissue, Swedish, feet reflexology and cupping - All equally and wonderfully applied in a holistic approach. She is a caring person who wants to help her clients feel good (or better) and to top it off, she is interesting, professional and has a good sense of humor.

Pre-COVID I was a fairly regular customer but then, well you know... Had my first since then…read moremassage a couple weeks ago and remembered both how awesome massages are in general and how good the staff is at Serenity Now. The staff has turned over a good bit in the couple years its been since my last visit which is no surprise given all everyone has faced and it had to have been ultrahard on businesses that require such personal contact and connection. That said, in looking at the bios and experiencing a massage from one staff member it's clear SN continues to vet who they sign on thoroughly and bring in well trained folks. Pretty much any kind of therapeutic body work you're interested in SN has you covered. I generally go for deep tissue massage but they do many styles and I'm sure do all the others well. Check out their website for info, pricing and book a session. It's easy to do online or by phone. Promise you'll be glad you did.

A perfect, relaxing experience! The entire place has a superb atmosphere and some of the cleanest,…read moremost well put together facilities you could ask for. I really enjoyed the decor! With the spacious facility, it really gives the space the vibe you want in a spa. Checking in was a breeze, and after a nice quick tour, we were situated in our rooms. My wife and I both did it. It is not shared, so we were in separate rooms. You could probably request to be in the same but it would be pretty tight. But solo it is incredibly spacious in the booths. The infared sauna gets warmer than some versions, so you can have them up near 170 more like a traditional swedish sauna if you like. The halo therapy was the first for me and very unique. Salt therapy I know is very useful, but to have the medical grade salt in a closed room is a very different experience. I could see it really helping with COPD and asthma as it's claimed to do. You really can't beat the full facilities they have. With the little spacious lounge area to recuperate or to take a shower after. Free refreshments available to recover. (And some specialty drinks available for purchase in bottles near the front) Combine that with it's convenient location right off 77. Perfect for anyone like us who travels down to Charlotte frequently.

Back to square one…read more I've been going to Phoenix for close to two months now. Experiencing stiffness in the neck and lower back pain. Part of it is due to Stenosis of the spine. Everyone agrees that exercise in moderation is needed to maintain flexibility. The people who are been working with me at Haily and Jonathan. Haily in particular is excellent. I've been slowly making progress although to be candid not as fast as I would like. My sessions have been offset by a Blue Cross Blue Shield (Blue Advantage) plan. That is till today. I am in the process of switching plans to Cigna Advantage because quite frankly, the Blue Cross plan (Liberty) leave much to be desired and leaves a lot of dental providers frustrated. Today I walked in and gave them I Cigna Advantage card which goes in effect on January 1st. A few minutes later they came back and informed me they do not honor Cigna. Enjoyed my time here but have contacted my primary Doctor to get a service that is in the network. At least Cigna is in the Dental program. My wife has them and loves the coverage. I was good while it lasted.
