He came out and remodeled my bathroom…read more He took out a roman tub and placed a large shower in place with a closet and new tile on the floor. He proceeded to do the tile work. It was down within three weeks. During this time after the tile work on the floor was done. It took almost 8 months and 4 times to get a vanity delivered to the house that was not damaged. During this time the grout has been starting to crack in places. I was having major surgery done and he said would come back and take care of the tile repairs and fix the grout that has been falling apart after my surgeries. I'm still waiting for him to come out and fix these issues that I'm having. He says he's going to come out and never shows up when he says he's gonna be there. He has stood me up several times without any communicatio. I'm sorry but my time is as valuable as his. Please think twice and get some reviews from other people besides me before using this man. Other than the fact he's very nice and I could trust him in my house.I can't trust his word on fixing what needs to be fixed.If I could leave the stars blank I would. Great leadership. Frank is an arborist. In fact the reason I know he's honest, is initially had hired him to cut down three trees at my elderly parents house. It would've been a $6000 job. He talked me out of it because the trees were in good condition and did not need to be cut. Now, that's honesty! But guess who I called when I needed my two jobs done? That's right these folks!
