The Yoga body stand it' OK but it's 10 feet tall so I had to put it outside on my back lawn. The Omni Stand is 8 1/2 feet tall, so I put it in my bedroom. I've used multiple trapezes. The Superior design of the Omni stand itself gives you an unlimited number of movements, forms and poses. Absolutely incredulous mobility! You can even parkour if that's your thing. Video gamers will know what I mean. I've only had it for one night but already I can see that it is so comfortable and it's so functional. I can literally sleep on it if I wanted too. The Omni Gym Pro Works offers So many gadgets. A head rest, A pillow for when you're near the floor, padded feet cushions to stand on. Another stretch hammock, butterfly straps, ab cushions, Even some other stuff I haven't even tried yet. Instruction postcards are also included. I really like the head cushion for when I'm lying on my back suspended in midair. I couldn't put it together myself because I foolishly took out all the pieces and got them mixed up. It's all numbered so it's easy to put together if you follow absolute instruction. I had to call my good friend Paul Dassonville, to assemble it for me. He had no trouble doing it. Only thing , the base was a bit tall but I added carabiners for length . I already had several spinning pieces and cabebeners so it was no big deal. I got the 8 1/2 foot stand. When I work my way up physically, I'll be able to remove the carabiners .Other than that everything else is an absolute dream! In fact I'm ordering some more stuff just so I have extras. Because of her extensive fitness background, Natalie is able to find exercises that are at your fitness level. Also, she is always accommodating to clients needs and any pre existing injuries. I was scared that it will be awkward since I had no flexibility whatsoever but Natalie worked with me at my own pace and show me the correct way to position my arms/legs so that I can work the right muscles group. I don't even know how to do a good curl up and she taught me all about working my abs and how it's supposed to look like. No one has ever done that for me before but I now know how to tone my stomach and what the strategy is. It isn't about if you can follow along but all about if you are working the right muscles and how to strengthen it so you can finally tone your body. Don't be discourage to try it because you lack most things other people have. Natalie will help you out at your own pace. So much positivity here. Will definitely be a regular.

I think the price is too expensive for what you get, the drop in class price should not be more…read morethan $20 the drop in for adults yoga and Pilates is less than what they charge here for a drop in. Also they only offer a membership for $199 for 4 classes , but this includes open gym- but don't offer a more affordable tier for family's who won't participate in open gym. Some families have full schedules and they can only make their dedicated time of week and they don't want anything extra - but you still have to pay for something extra here . because of that reason we stopped going over the summertime. I thought about rejoining and gifting a membership to my kids again for Christmas , but seeing their prices, never changed or added a membership with just once a week class prices I decided to pass. We had a similar parkour gym when living in San Diego and it was only $80 a month for you once a week Class and your member price for drop-in open play was $15, $10 if you brought in more than one kid and $20 for nonmembers... this place would have more members if their prices were more reasonable.

We tried multiple teachers and they were all great. We attended a class while they were doing teacher training and that was really beautiful, I had a great experience during that. My boyfriend and I also did energy work healing sessions with Kristi the owner. They were very enlightening, and healing for our souls.
