I have received service from them for 8 months now, never a problem. However most recently I was…read morecharged for the service (pump out black tank) and it's around a week later and nobody has been out yet. I call every day and get told every day that they will be out that afternoon and nothing! Called yesterday and lady on phone us salty indicating it takes too long and that they will do it one last time and then terminate the account. Called today and as soon as I said my name got put on hold and another employee took my message. One of the servicemen is nice and does his job, the other guy does not like to work or even go down a gravel driveway. I had service all winter long, using said driveway. It now is in the best condition... dry, no ice etc. so I do not understand the issue, esp. since I already have been charged and been told an entire week that it's going to get done. Currently looking for new reliable service.

They did not charge me a cent even after I asked them to for all the work they did. They simply handed me their card and asked me to call in the future. We spoke for quite some time. Very nice guys. I gave them $40 for lunch. This happened a year ago and the system has been working fine ever since. Because of their great customer service, Stone is officially my go to septic service company.

Called them they said they were sending him back to do it right but he never showed. But they cashed the check right away. If u want it done right use someone else. Thanks for nothing. Update : the company did call and ask me to remove my review. I replied my trap is still covered in grease. They did however come back 2 weeks later and do the job right. I was promised a free grease trap cleaning on my next visit. Guess what they never showed.

Was notified the second week of December that they won't plow anymore. Evidently the new owner doesn't understand working with machinery or doesn't have the knowledge and experienced help she needs so she walks away from a good paying customer and leaves a 70 something year old couple high and dry with no explanation! I hope she can keep all those port-o-lets clean as I don't see much of a future otherwise.

Gave us good advice on how to set the schedule for the next cleaning (I would have waited a bit too long) and returned the site to its original condition.
