They offered free credit monitoring. It is beyond frustrating when you entrust an organization with the most sensitive aspects of your finances and business and they do not maintain adequate security and simply say "oops" in a form letter, no less, and walk away completely unharmed while you are left to deal with the consequences of their failure to secure information properly.
