From the minute you walk in the door and are greeted to the time the tasks they work on are finished, they are excellent in all facets! In fact, they have been the best accounting firm I've dealt with! A special shout out to Erik, Lee, and Briana who were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Accountants usually pay attention to detail, but this firm (and I've dealt with many other firms) are nonpareil!

All I know is that if you dial his number you'll hear, "beep beep beeeeeeep...the number you have reached..." Meanwhile I was days away from losing everything. If it wasn't for Mr. Sheehan taking control of this situation and helping me understand what the heck is going on, I'm pretty sure I'd be wearing an orange jumpsuit and typing this from the pokey. Thank goodness I contacted this company. I have total faith that now my finances are back on track and I am confident my IRS problems are on the mend

There were many results, and I wasn't sure who to choose. Then, I found Patrick Sheehan & Associates, and knew they were the ones to call. Unlike other firms, Patrick worked within the tax system as an IRS attorney, so he knows how it all works on the inside. For taxpayers like you and me, this means Patrick and team are very knowledgable and can understand our situations from both sides to help decide which path to take. I called one afternoon, and Molly answered. She was very knowledgable and professional the entire time, listening while I explained what was going on and she asked specific questions to fill in the gaps I missed. When we realized it would be better to look over documents in person, Molly made time for us to meet the next day to discuss in more detail. When you have questions or issues with anything related to taxes, I recommend Sheehan & Associates. Even when you have a huge problem in front of you, I'm sure they can handle it. Remember, they are on YOUR side! Waiting will only make things worse. Relief from Sheehan & Associates is a phone call away. Call them, you'll be glad you did. Ryan

I had a very frustrating experience working with Ben as my accountant…read more I was not clearly informed that missing the October tax deadline would result in significant penalties, which left me facing an unexpected fine of over $7,000. In my experience, important deadlines and consequences were not communicated upfront, despite me relying on him for guidance. There was also an error on my 2024 tax return that led to a $300 IRS bill, which I provided to him when he prepared my 2025 taxes. Unfortunately, that issue was not addressed and has since gone into collections. Communication has been a major issue throughout. Emails often take three to four weeks for a response, and phone calls are rarely returned. I've also followed up multiple times regarding an email he said he would send to the IRS, but it was never completed despite repeated confirmation that it would be handled. Additionally, I was placed on an automatic IRS withdrawal plan that I did not knowingly authorize, and when I asked for clarification, I was told to look it up myself online rather than receiving assistance or resolution. Overall, I did not feel supported or properly informed, and the lack of responsiveness made an already stressful situation much worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services

He provided false information regarding my retirement fund, which cost me money and will cost more money to correct. He was never willing to return a call regarding this and would have his receptionist email me without ever taking accountability for the matter. He also failed to include my personal expenses in my tax return despite the fact that I provided spreadsheet detailing expenses along with receipts. I had to pay another accountant to file an amendment, resulting in a substantial refund. Of course, this also cost me money. Bottom line...if you want to waste your money, use their services. Otherwise, go elsewhere!
