I wish I could remember everyone's names, but a few who stood out were Faye, Rachel, Dr. Youngblood, and Dr. Bjornson. They made me feel safe, supported, and fully prepared for my surgery, which meant so much during such a stressful time. A special thank you as well to the nurses, including Rachel and Dwight--you all do incredible work, and I'm so grateful for everything you did for me. I truly cannot express how thankful I am for this team.

Because it was late, we found parking right in front of urgent care. After getting wand down by security, we chatted with the front desk, filled out a quick form and after 15 minutes we were seen by the first nurse who did a quick check - Blood pressure etc, asked about any meds we were taking, and other general screening questions. Afterwards we were sent back to the waiting room where a doctor came and saw us ten minutes later. He did a quick check and went over some info and then 10 minutes after that, a nurse came and bandaged us up with some ointment and some referrals. Super quick and easy visit. There was about 7 people waiting to be seen and to be seen that quickly was a miracle. Thanks for the care and jokes you shared. Hopefully I'll never see you again but if I do, I know you'll take good care of us!

He is professional, listens to your concerns, and helps develop of plan of care WITH your input. I've now been getting allergy shots at the clinic weekly with Jay, RN and he is also fabulous! He is super friendly and takes great care of all the patients. Definitely recommend coming here for the allergy clinic!! As for the ophthalmologist I saw, he was not friendly and dismissed my concerns. He almost laughed them off to be honest. I haven't felt that disrespected in a while. Wouldn't recommend.

Due to this year's change in insurance. I've had to suffer the ineptitude of Molina...particularey any mental health protocol. Shocking! and potentially harmful. 100% incompetent/ negligent. I was transferred at least 8 times, plus "call-back" numbers...simply trying to obtain a 10-15 minute appt with a genuine MD, specializing in Psychiatry. ALL I require is the continuation of existing meds prescribed by my last Dr. What's so hard about that? I spent from 11:30am to 4pm exhaustively TRYING to connect to a legit psychiatrist's office to make a simple appt!!! What the hell is wrong with you people?!? i USED TO TRUST YOU. 4 1/2 hrs is LONG ENOUGH!!! I've been patient, mindful of my tone, complimentary of stellar customer service....though lacking in results. You should be ashamed!!! I miss my PPO!!! You suck!!!!!!!

By the second visit he also injected me. Dr Press had shut down my immune system because he said it was attacking my knuckles. I broke out in a terrible rash on my legs and arms that would take 8 weeks to clear and itch for the entire time. I ended up in an urgent care with the doctors trying to stop the reaction. On the third visit he asked about my diet which he should have done on the first visit before he loaded me up with meds. He wanted to prescribe more meds which I refused since I was reacting to what he was already giving me. A simple change in my diet fixed the problem. Bottom line is he went way overboard with the meds when he could have fixed the problem with a minor change in diet. He turned my life upside down for 8 weeks. I would avoid this guy like the plague. To add insult to injury he made me wait for an hour on each visit and would wanted in late like it was no big deal. His staff commented he was always late.

Dr. Haskell had a good bedside manner with my daughter but with me, I felt her to be judgmental and…read morealarmist. She asked if I had given my daughter COVID vaccines and I answered, yes, that we've all had about 4-5 of them. Her immediate reaction was, a oh no, you shouldn't have. Stop them because the vaccines cause cancer! Go read the articles, it's all there she says. She also told me the more COVID vaccines you take, the more likely it is you'll actually get COVID... She freaked me out - did I miss a new article? Did I endanger my daughter. These vaccines have worked for us this season - people around us got COVID but we didn't. I went home and read articles, only to find article after article debunking the COVID vaccine and cancer link myth. I found one article in NIH that supported her but... it was Retracted (as in there was a serious problem with it so one should not give it any validity)... Same with the flu vaccine - I used to get the flu very badly every season and then for 4-6 weeks - I resisted taking the flu vaccine but after I finally took the vaccine at the hospital I worked at, I finally had to admit, they worked and most years if I did get sick, I was over it within a week. Dr. Haskell made me feel badly about taking and giving my daughter flu vaccines (sure, uh huh... she said - as if my anecdotal experience was not real). The other thing that bothered me is she took one look at my daughter and asked if our pediatrician had checked her BMI that morning (we had seen the pediatrician first)- the pediatrician thought my daughter was healthy. Dr. Haskell later slips me a paper (and I did appreciate her discretion on not announcing this to my daughter) that my daughter had a BMI of 70% and needed to cut down on her carbs. So we saw our pediatrician that morning and she had no issues with my daughter's body size/weight and said she was a healthy 90th percentile in height and weight which is to be expected since her dad is 6'6." Did Dr. Haskell ask about my husband's height? Nope. Did she acknowledge that my daughter is a competitive Irish Dancer.. - nope.. Did she ask about our families? Nope, if she did, she would have found out that most of the kids on my husband's side appear to have high BMI, but at puberty, they stretch out - get tall and skinny. I felt she was quick to judge without really knowing my daughter whereas, our pediatrician has seen our daughter for longer and would have said something if she was concerned. For some folks who don't believe in vaccines, Dr. Haskell may be exactly who they are looking for but she most definitely didn't work for me - mostly because I felt she was too quick to judge me and my daughter on our first visit. We will not be returning. I have seen other OMMs and so I know this is not the normal experience. Oh, also my daughter didn't feel any different after seeing her, but then it might have been because she didn't any major issues to begin with.
