The company recommended the…read moreAvery Dennison Spectrally Selective Series Film, which they claimed was used in museums to prevent fading and would protect our floors and furnishings from sun and heat damage. Their sales rep assured us that our leather furniture could be placed near windows and rugs could be moved freely without concern for fading if we chose this product-- a key reason we moved forward with the $6,000 installation. Unfortunately, the product has not performed as promised. Since installation, we've seen clear sun damage and fading in multiple parts of our home including our flooring and leather furniture. We contacted the company about our concerns. They visited, took photos, and acknowledged the issue -- but their only solution was to charge us even more to install a different film. Since then, they've stopped responding to calls, voicemails, and emails. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The product failed to perform as marketed, and the lack of customer care is remarkable.

VisionCraft has just become my go-to for personalized gifts and more. I was tasked with coming up…read morewith framed photos for senior athletes and wanted to make them special. I asked for a quote here and quickly received a phone call from Brett at VisionCraft. He was happy to hear my ideas and tell me what was possible and what was not. I appreciated his friendliness, sincerity and promptness. He was afraid I had made the quote request days earlier because he had not always received them from Yelp instantly but in this case it was within minutes of my request. And by the way, he was the only one of 5 requests to respond. If you don't get a response from him that only means it has not hit his email, give him a call. He is very responsive. Days passed and I got sidetracked with another deadline. In a panic I decided to go straight to a number of engravers because my project would have to be put on an express track to be done on time. VisionCraft was not my closest option distance wise but because of my phone conversation with Brett this business was my first stop. I am so glad I went! He exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire drive to this business was spent conjuring Plan B because I really didn't expect my first choice to be possible. Brett received me warmly and promptly gave me his full attention. We discussed my ideas and he was honest about what was possible and what was not, which I appreciated. I doubted that anyone could make my vision a reality in the timeframe that I needed and within my budget. He made it all happen with time to spare. The end result was a set of personalized acrylic frames exactly how I had envisioned them and that I could afford. He is truly a master at what he does, a perfectionist in his work and an honest business person that I will return to with my list of gifts that I would like personalized because I know he will produce the best I could hope for. Words used by recipients of the frames include amazing, gorgeous, beautiful, and stunning, among others. I felt so lucky to happen upon this business. There were a dozen closer options for me but now I will never go elsewhere. He has cemented my loyalty with his superior work, range of options, quick turnaround, affordability, excellent service and not least of all his honesty in communication. I am so grateful.

After weeks of shopping around and trying to find something for Dad's birthday, I finally found a…read morenice karate belt display made from pine wood that I ordered through Amazon. He tests for his black belt on the same day as his birthday (tomorrow) so this was perfect for both occasions. I wanted to make it even more special for him by personalizing it with his initials, which prompted another internet search for a business right for the job. After a quick google search, I came across Mount Airy Woodcraft. I called Brett, the owner, and spoke with him for a few minutes about what I wanted. After only sending two or three emails back and forth, Brett completely knew what I was envisioning for my gift. He emailed me a picture of what it would look like, as well as a estimate of the price (which I found more than reasonable). Brett does his engraving at his home residence, which was easy to find with the directions he sent me. When I arrived today, he got started almost immediately and was done in less than 20 minutes! I couldn't believe how fast and efficient he was with everything. I am one happy girl and cannot wait to see Dad's face when he opens his present. Moral of the story, if you need something engraved or personalized, LOOK NO FURTHER! Contact Brett at Mount Airy Woodcraft. Friendly, fast, and reasonably priced service is what you will get.

Over the last few years, our police department here in Berwyn Heights has had many occasions in…read morewhich we engage the services of graphic designers. We've come to discover that while many people claim to be graphic designers, graphic artists, digital designers etc..., very few can deliver the goods. They either have an abundance of creativity but don't have the technical skill to execute your vision, or they have all the skill in the world but are sorely lacking in imagination. Then, there's Daniel. Our department had the good fortune to discover his website and after tearing through it multiple times and being increasingly impressed with his portfolio each time, we decided to contact him. Right from the beginning our department realized that Daniel truly was different. Instinctually, he seemed to truly understand the most important thing that all the others before him seemed to have missed. He listened to us and understood our needs as a police department, rather than trying to tell us our vision before we had even finished explaining it to him, he listened. Asked a few questions, and then listened some more. At that point we knew for sure that if he would take us on as a client, that he would design everything we would need for many years to come. If you were to ask anyone who knows our Chief, Chief Antolik, they would tell you that he is demanding, very precise and a perfectionist with OCD tendencies. He's a tweaker and tinkerer' by nature. If something is good, he wants to make it better. If something is really good, he wants to make it even better and makes it excellent. After very few revisions (by Chief Antolik's standards), Daniel always delivers great products of what our chief had envisioned for his department. Daniel is very patient and understands our chief's needs. On everything that Daniel designs for us from posters to decals, he always gives us his all, 100 and 10 percent of his best work. Daniel is constantly nailing each and everyone of our departments visions! From a practical standpoint, just imagine how much time, effort and money could be saved on your projects if the designer could capture EXACTLY what it is you want! It means increased productivity and lower costs!..A pretty good combination for our books! Daniel is an extremely reliable and professional individual and delivers every concept on time, every time, without fail. We want to leave you with this thought to mull over while you're trying to decide whether or not your search for a designer is over. If you can envision it and articulate it, Daniel can definitely create it. We guarantee it. Trust us, you're finished looking for the designer for your next project. It's Daniel!
