Three week of non-returned phone calls, I was force to drive to their location to find out. The employee said the mechanic needs to replace the carburetor and give him a week to complete the job. She assured me the mechanic would have it fixed by the end of the week. EIGHT WEEKS later I was able to retrieve my UN-REPAIRED leaf blower. Final NOTE: Their mechanic is INEPT!!!! I wasn't told there was a $279.99 service fee just to diagnose it, plus a $50 mobile service fee -- that's on me for not asking more questions beforehand. I simply booked the appointment expecting a standard service call. Within about 2 minutes of arriving, he assessed that it needed a battery. Total time at my house was maybe 15-25 minutes, and the bill came out to $429.70. The pricing alone was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the attitude and customer service throughout the visit. For the amount charged, I expected a much better experience. 100% never using CHRIS again
