I spoke with the lady answering the ohone on 2 occasions. Both times she was so rude I went with Joes Disposal. They are much friendlier!

We have had absolutely no problem with Freddy's. They come regularly and notify you ahead of time if they have to come on a different day because of a holiday. We recycle most of our things, and only have one bag of garbage a week. I'm not sure if any other provider will bill you for such a small amount. Their billing procedure does not bother me. They send a bill, I mail a check. They bill monthly, but if I want to pay more than a month at a time, I just do it and then I get a bill when I owe again. read more

Freddy's is excellent!!! They always are cordial, timely, and helpful. I read the review about billing, mine are always timely and paid directly. They are very inconsistent with billing. They do not bill you every month. They billed me after 5 months and when you send a check it takes more than a month to clear. The receptionist lady is very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend them for a garbage service. read more
