If I could give this place less than one star I would. This place is awful. I made an appointment and the guy giving me a hair cut(forgot his name) refused to give me the haircut I wanted, trying to convince me of the style he gave me. It was a rushed service because it was close to closing time and someone walked in the door and this dingus hurried me out of the chair because he wanted to get one more haircut in before they closed. Not only that, but when I got home I had to touch up my fade from the back myself because it was crooked as hell. Also atmosphere sucked. Although Freddy is the real OG at the shop, Kaiser trails right behind in skills. Experts at their craft, they both are very attention oriented and precise. I get my hair cut, beard trimmed with lineup, and ear with nose wax. I walk in looking and feeling like a caveman, leave the shop feeling dapper AF. Read a review about this spot and how Freddy doesn't take his time. That's an understatement. Went in and it was like a race against time. I was out in 20 minutes and not because he's that good either. Went in for a fade for my fro & left with a flattop... fade isn't crispy by any means and my line is crooked. Rather than tell him and have him touch my hair again, I'm better off fixing it at home. Charged me 25 and I still tipped. should of just paid the $60+ at the normal shop I go to. Nice guys, but just ok. Took a really long time (for what they did, 30 min cut) and barely cut my hair. I asked for less than an inch length on top and Mouss (nice guy!) left it at over 2 inches. Barely shortened it. Freddy has to translate for him, too, his English is obviously not strong, so if you don't know their language I would suggest going somewhere else. I think it all gets lost in translation. It's not that he did a bad job, it was just super long. And he didn't ask if the length was ok, either. :| On top of that, Freddy mentioned "comb-over" to him in his translation...I definitely never have had one or will have one, so I'm not sure where he got that idea from. I wanted all my hair less than an inch long how is that a comb over? Lol. The price is not bad considering how pricey barbers are but I suggest you learn their language! Also they could do with losing the dog with its ear-piercing barks--but perhaps that was just a one-time thing. Not exactly a relaxing setting, though! Alrighty! read more

I went down the list calling each and every spot until I landed on their Yelp page on the 2nd page of more results. They told me they can take me right away. First time here and I'm still in the parking lot admiring the fresh cut, shave, line up and beard trim while I'm writing this review which I almost never post reviews.. Great prices. Real chill staff and Moose was the one who chopped me up. I'm surprised he didnt have to use any gardening tools on me since I was so overdue. All in all. I (insert cuss word here) -ing loved it!!! Well polite and welcoming barbers. Freddy the owner is really cool. This is the second time we've taken them here by the first time I've taken my boys. Michael the barber is whom my wife wanted me to use since he knows how to cut our sons cowlick. Hair cut was good for both my boys but the only issue is with the cost. Make sure you ask how much the hair cut is prior from getting your cut. They advertise $18 a cut but in written black sharpie it reads "and up". Now my boys are ages 7 & 10. So a boys cut is the same price as a adults cut I'm assuming. I was charged $25 per child which in my opinion is kind of high. Maybe they included tip on top. Anyhow i gave Michael 60 for both the boys $10 tip. Yes hair cut was good but price a little on the high side especially for young boys. read more

COST: $15 (Haircut plus shampoo) Alright so I thought I was getting a good deal with the barber shop I found in Chicago, but check my man Freddy out... barber cuts start at $13. How cheap is that? He also offers eye brow threading and beard lining which both start at $10 I believe. This man is the real deal! Tucked away into a little corner in Burbank. This is about the best barber cut AND the cheapest price you'll ever get. He's very accommodating and has been building up a number of regulars in the short four months he's been opened. He actually built his empire many years back at age 14! Talk about living the American Dream! Some before and after pictures of mine were uploaded, and he always asks first before taking them! You can always decline if you wish. I say the guy has been doing a great job self marketing and actually uploading photos on Yelp to show his work... I mean that was the whole reason how I found and went to get a cut from him. Hopefully I didn't just give him any ideas to raise his prices, but if he does, I'll be more than willing to pay for it. He gets busy at times, so make sure to call ahead to check/make an appointment. He'll gladly do it. PS.
