Needed a quick beard trim short notice and noticed this shop while driving past. I feel lucky I chose this one. I was assigned to Chris for my trim, and I knew he would be good from the jump. Rather than the usual "What do you need?", he asked all the right and relevant questions immediately, without me having to think. This lets you know he pays attention to the details. Also an absolute pleasure to chat with. Other details I liked: Currently the rates for all services are about $10 less than I'm used to at my usual shop. This cut was on a Friday morning; a lot of appointment availability so it was easy to book short notice, and there was a lot of space to park on the street or around the corner on the residential streets. Friendly and good environment but the cut was terrible. My review is based off of the cut itself and that is why it deserves a 1 star. The haircut was rushed and no quality in the cut. I got home with uneven hair length all around. I described the haircut I wanted and got something else. At least could have made the cut look normal but ended up being a mess.
