I would strongly encourage parents to do thorough research before considering this school…read more In our experience, leadership has created an environment where concerns raised by parents, students, and even staff members are often dismissed rather than addressed. The director frequently shifts blame instead of taking accountability, creating a culture that feels manipulative and unproductive. Staff turnover appears to be very high, which raises serious concerns about internal leadership and overall stability within the school. When it comes to student progress, there seems to be little willingness to evaluate whether the school's teaching methods or support systems are effective. Instead, concerns about a child not advancing academically are quickly attributed to the child's learning disabilities, rather than examining whether the school is providing the proper resources and accommodations needed for success. What is most concerning is the apparent inconsistency in how bullying situations are handled. In situations where certain families appear to have influence within the school community, concerns can be minimized or ignored altogether. In our case, serious concerns involving bullying were dismissed with the message that "nothing really happened," leaving us feeling unheard and unsupported. A school should be a place where students feel safe, supported, and given every opportunity to succeed. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect those values.

For more than 22 years, we have been providing children from 16 months through 8th grade with an alternative to more traditional schools. Our goal is to create a learning environment that meets the needs of each child. We do so by following the philosophy and methods developed by Dr. Maria Montessori throughout the child’s early years and continue to leverage those concepts during the child’s middle school years.

Emma, Erika and Mikayla in the infants room are wonderful and take such good care of our daughter! She's never had an issue getting dropped off in the mornings! Catie and Nicole in the pre-k classroom are amazing and have helped our son so much! We feel like he's ready for kindergarten in the fall, and it's thanks in large part to their patience and management of their class. Roni is always at the front desk in the afternoons and always greets us and lets me know how both kids' day went! It's been such a positive change for our family to switch to this center from our previous one.

My family did not have a…read morepositive experience and we want to share this experience with others so additional families do not face the treatment we did. Our infant was averaging 3 accident reports a week (see my husband's review and profile photo of a black eye and mark on his forehead which he suffered during the morning at the school. We were not alerted about this until the afternoon. On the same day they sent home his lunch untouched.) The school director in her email to our family after this series of problems cracked the following joke and wrote in her email "I hope he is sleeping peacefully and ate a full dinner." School leadership was unprofessional and bullying toward our family, and upon further investigation we found MANY families who had recently left or been "asked to leave" due to the mismanagement of this childcare facility. Being a "true" Montessori does not excuse unprofessional behavior and safety concerns of our child. The director herself is not AMI certified. Another family had their child receive the wrong mother's breast milk and the director made a joke about this incident as well. Many negative reviews have been removed due to similar complaints and at least two of the reviews still active are from board members of the school who's children no longer attend.
